Distributive Justice, Goal Clarity, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Moderating Role of Transactional and Transformational Leadership

چکیده

Although the relationships between managerial practices and work-related outcomes are contingent on leadership behaviors, little scholarly attention has been paid to how styles shape impact of distributive justice goal clarity employees’ organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in field management. In this context, study examines direct effects OCB based two motivation theories, equity theory goal-setting theory, as well moderating role transactional transformational social exchange theory. Using survey data from a sample 4133 public employees drawn Korean central local governments ordinary least square regression models, we found that is negatively related OCB, whereas positively OCB. Further analysis shows while weakens negative relationship strengthens positive Consequently, our provides meaningful implications for managers organizations should be considered order implement effective fitness employee processes encourage exhibit This will enhance performance sustainability.
